OUR PROCESS AT CLOSE IN THE WEEK OF THE CONTRACT

On October 19th, the International Contract Week of Galicia began, an event organized by IGAPE in the city of Santiago de Compostela. This initiative of the Ministry of Economy, Employment and Industry met small business of Galicia and specialised professionals from around the world. These days to support international diversification in the field of equipment for collective facilities, included bilateral meetings, discussions on internationalization experiences and visits to companies in the contract sector. With the celebration of this week focused on the contract channel, galician companies had the opportunity to improve the external presence and deepen business opportunities in international markets.

In this eighth edition, Arturo Álvarez participated actively in the conference. On Monday, Marcos Rioseco, manager of the company, talked about the trajectory and experience of internationalization of the company as a success case study. On Wednesday 17th, the professionals visited the facilities accompanied by the curator David Cámara, the attendees could follow the process of making the lights.

The visit began with a brief presentation of the origin of the company and an on-site demonstration of the development of two emblematic models: Aros and Nevo. After the explanation of all the processes, the guests were able to meet in a networking session where they talked about export, markets, business models, internationalization, design and new technologies applied to the contract sector.
